Response: After taking this workshop my fellow colleagues were inspired to adopt the strategies delivered and launched them in virtual and face-to-face blended learning classroom to maximize learner success.
Here I am demonstrating how I have applied instructional design principles and development methodologies using ADDIE and Training Needs Assessments.

About this project - Social Media
After analyzing the leaner needs analysis, I curate Google slides based on learner needs and demands. Other facilitators that used this presentation provided positive feedback as to the flow of the presentation and delivery. Both learners and facilitators liked the graphics and transitions.

These were developed using Google Slides to engage seniors with a step by step demonstration incorporating a variety of Google tools: Arrows, line color borders, text boxes, prompts and videos.
These presentations that I created were approved by TDM's owner and later used by all TDM trainers.
